Grand Mountain Rides, LLC would like to thank you for using our service.  At GMR, when you reserve your ride, it is guaranteed.  We can do this because we do not overbook, your time is your time.  Because of this, we are unable to book that time for any other customer and do have a strict cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy:  In order to receive a Full Refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance.  For a 50% refund, or a 100% credit cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance.  No credit and no refund will be issued less than 2 hours in advance.  All local rides can change the time of pickup up until 30~60 minutes prior to ride, depending on ride location, given current availability.  Rides booked less than 12 hours in advance are not eligible for any refunds.

Cancel Protect:  Be sure to add Cancel Protect to any airport ride just in case the unexpected happens.  By adding Cancel Protect, if for any reason you need to cancel your ride, GMR will issue a Full Refund less Cancel Protect back to your card, without asking any questions.  This will still require you to let us know a minimum of 2 hours in advance.  Cancel Protect will also protect you in the event of an incoming flight delay.  If for any reason your incoming flight is delayed your driver will still be there and ready to take you to your destination without any additional charge.  Flight information required.  No refunds on Cancel Protect.
