Grand Mountain Rides, LLC would like to thank you for using our service. At GMR, when you book your spot, it is guaranteed. We can do this because we do not overbook, your spot is your spot. Because of this, we are unable to book that spot for any other customer and do have a strict cancellation policy.
For Denver Rides: In order to receive a Full Refund, cancellations must be made 3 days or 72 hours in advance. Cancelling 3 or more days in advance will receive a Full Refund back to your card. Any cancellation between 1 and 3 days, or 24 to 72 hours will have the option to either receive a Full Credit* to be used on future bookings or a refund in the amount of 50%. Cancelling a reservation between 2 hours and 24 hours in advance will receive choice of a Half Credit* or 25% refund back to the card used. Unfortunately, any cancellation less than 2 hours in advance will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
For Local Rides: In order to receive a Full Refund, cancellations must be made 2 hours or more in advance. For a 50% refund, or a 100% credit cancellations must be made 45 minutes in advance. No credit and no refund will be issued less than 45 minutes in advance. All local rides can change the time of pickup up until 30 minutes prior to ride, given current availability.
*Credits will be good for 6 months from issue date.
Cancel Protect: Be sure to add Cancel Protect to any Denver ride just in case the unexpected happens. By adding Cancel Protect, if for any reason you need to cancel your ride, GMR will issue a Full Refund back to your card, without asking any questions. This will still require you to let us know a minimum of 2 hours in advance. If less than 2 hours is given, you will still receive a credit in the amount of 50%. Cancel Protect will also protect you in the event of an incoming flight delay. If for any reason your incoming flight is delayed, do your best to communicate with us, however your driver will still be there and ready to take you to your destination without any additional charge.
