Private Luxury Rides/Shuttle Rides
Our Cancellation Policy is strict in order to ensure reliability and availability for our customers. When you reserve your ride with our transportation service, it is guaranteed as we do not overbook. Once you book your ride, we cannot take another booking for the same time slot. If you need to cancel your ride, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full fare. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Group Transportation
Our Cancellation Policy ensures that we can offer a reliable and consistent service to all of our customers. For large groups, requiring more than one vehicle, we require 14 days or more notice of cancellation for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 10% deduction for each day from the total cost. We are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.
